DO NOT EVEN THINK OF SENDING A DOG ON THE TRANSPORT WITHOUT AN APPROPRIATELY LABELED COLLAR AND A PROPERLY LABELED ENVELOPE CONTAINING ALL THAT DOG'S (AND ONLY THAT DOG'S) PAPERWORK.
